Astra Glass are a bit of a mystery. Some of their glass is marked Made in England, some Made in Czechoslovakia, others made elsewhere. Images of marked examples are welcome here to try and build up a picture of their output and activities. The advert for Jones and Co (Glass) Ltd. and examples labelled JC are pointers towards the company that used ASTRA GLASS as a brand name.

Potwarmers confuse so many people, that a reference collection of them might be useful. They were originally intended to keep teapots warm, but can be used to keep any dish warm or as tealight holders, or just for display.
