Pressed glass dish registered by Scotney & Earnshaw, London, RD 252274 (registered 1 April 1895). 4 � inches wide x 5 1//4 inches long x 2 � inches tall.
EPNS lid with �fish� handle, so presumably a sardine dish.
Scotney and Earnshaw were listed in the �Pottery Gazette Diary� under �Agents for Foreign Manufacturers� from 1884 to 1901, and specialised in the wholesale distribution of �American Tumblers�.
This particular design was manufacturer in the US by McKee, and the pattern is 'Masonic'.
