Rayware label remains

Remains of label glue on bottom of decanter. Reads RAY... possibly Rayware. Now believed to be Rayware Made in Turkey. Same label seen on the Glass Bud Vases website here http://glassbudvases.co.uk/raywareclearlabel.htm
