Rayware Spiral twisted bell-shaped decanter

Spirals twist to the left not the right like other twisted glassware I've seen. Suggested to be by IVV, Industria Vetreria Valdarnese, Italy [Source: Ivo Haanstra, Glass Message Board). Now identified as Rayware Made in Turkey by remains of dried-out label glue on the base of the decanter.
