KRYS-TOL COLONIAL / CHIPPENDALE Handled Shallow Glass Dish / Nappy
Dating from between 1907 and 1926, but probably more towards the 1920s. Rim diameter approx. 5.3 inches (135mm), and 1.25 inches (30mm) high. Weight 234gm.

Raised mark to centre of bowl interior.

According to http://krys-tolkabinet.com/prologue.html, there is some confusion as to whether the pattern should be described as ‘Chippendale’ or Colonial’, but this particular dish would probably be described as ‘Colonial’ by the dedicated Krys-tol collector and two variants are illustrated as such at http://krys-tolkabinet.com/colonial3.html (with this piece apparently being the second variant).
