twisty red, yellow, bullicante bowl

bowl with rich, creamy yellow exterior (the glass is lattimo cased in yellow on the entire exterior and rim only of the interior). the rim of the bowl is alternately cut and pulled, creating four Vs and four twisty scrolls. the center interior is gold-infused bullicante that creates a spirograph looking sort of quilted look. there is a heavy, applied clear red band that seperates the rim and center colors in the shape of an eight pointed star. My guess as to a maker is Fratelli Toso even though it bears a JI Co label. Probably from the 60s?
