Davidson pattern no. 904 'Globe' or 'Saturn' Table Lamp
Davidson pattern no. 904 ‘Globe’ or ‘Saturn’ Table Lamp in glass.

Known cloud colours: Amber, Green
Size: 10½ inches
Date Range: 1939 to 1957
Description: This lamp is sometimes known as the Saturn Lamp by collectors and dealers. The chrome ring which holds the two parts of the globe together is reminiscent of the rings of Saturn. The base of the lamp was normally made in black glass, however, examples do exist with a black plastic base. As well as Amber and Green Cloud, the lamp was made in Pink, Emerald and White plain colours.
After the war sales in Cloud Glass were restricted to Amber Cloud and in the larger size only.
