Davidson pattern no. 20 Flower Set - 3 pieces
Davidson pattern no. 20 Flower Set – 3 pieces, as shown in their 1940 catalogue.

Known cloud colours: Amber, Blue, Purple, Green, Orange, Topaz-Briar
Size: 10" diameter
Date range: 1922 - early 1960s
First production trial for this bowl was on the 28th April 1922. The bowl was still being made in the early 1960s. The inside of the bowl is flat with no recess for the flower dome to sit, which does not make it very useful for flowers! Some later versions have 4 raised lugs in the bowl to hold the flower dome in position.
The base of the No 20 bowl is flat with a shallow foot rim. The number 20 Flower Set came with a No 2 matching plinth and 4.5" flower dome.
