Changed my mind, I think this is possibly by Greener or Bagley as (according to Millers) they both used the same sword symbol in the middle.

Greener became Jobling in 1921 so I doubt it's one of theirs TC.

Oops, Jobling it is, Um, if I painted it with green paint it would be greener. Silly me.

This plate is actually made by Bagley. Bagley also made a George The Sixth Coronation plate much like Greener's plate only it's slightly different.
