Murano paperweight?

I wondered if this were Murano because the canes were so much more open than the Scottish paperweights I have. However, I had always thought that Murano canes were like pastry cutters and much more pointed than these. The middle cane and the outer ring look like heads of roses while the inner ring is much more like the Scottich canes I see in Strathearn. The middle ring looked more Murano type to me. Obviously I have a lot to learn.
