RD No 92571, registered on 30 January 1888 by J. Stembridge & Co, Holborn, Importers.
The design registration was for "Pattern table decoration - lamp", and this a triangular version in clear glass of their 'floral' base (to hold flower posies) for one of their 'Bijou' Illuminator candle lamps. The lamps came in either free-standing table versions or hanging versions suspended on chains.
Stembridge were at 28 Red Lion Sq, Holborn, and describe themselves as importers of Belgian and Bohemian glassware.
